Hi, I’m Dorothea and I’m a Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN), mum of two and student Dietitian helping families feel calmer and more confident at mealtimes.

I support parents who feel overwhelmed by toddler fussy eating, food refusal and stressful family meals using realistic, pressure-free strategies that work in real life.

As a busy mum myself, I understand how exhausting it can feel to cook separate meals, worry about what your child is eating and dread another stressful dinner time.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping families move away from pressure and towards calmer, more enjoyable mealtimes together – creating more space for connection, fun and time together with your children.
